PILSNER • ABV: 4.7%

Wollongong is blessed with great water for brewing, our water chemistry is very similar to the Pilsner region in Germany, with a soft water chemistry and light mineral content. Pilsners are a clean, refreshing and delicate style of beer - there is nowhere to hide any imperfections. We brewed this with 100% Aussie malt from Voyager in the riverina and Topaz hops from Tasmania. We waited nervously during the extended lager fermentation - the result; a crystal clear, delicate, sessionable beer, with light herbal and lychee notes finishing with a refreshing bitterness. Smiles all-round!
